One for each day I haven’t exercised. I was hoping spending ten days at high altitude would make my return to Texas running a breeze, but it didn’t. Also, it was 102F today and our air conditioner couldn’t compete. Nonetheless I did manage correctly answer an entire category of Double Jeopardy. That has to be worth something, right?
