Experimental Brick*: 20 minutes on the bike + 2 miles running + 20 minutes incline walking

I have even more respect for all of you triathletes out there because of today’s workout.  My legs felt  like jelly for the first half-mile on the treadmill, and then just death thereafter.  It was all I could do to make it through.  If swimming had been involved, I may very well have drowned myself just to avoid the rest of the thing.  It basically felt as though I had never run before (and made me almost never want to run again).  I added on the walking because my legs really couldn’t bear to run anymore.  Sitting down to stretch was possibly my happiest moment ever.

*I’ll definitely do this again.
