Our return to the road only lasted two miles this morning,

but it was a good two miles, and pacing a full minute faster than where I’d been when we last ran outside.  So that was cool.

And naturally, feeling like a bit of a badass, I decided to do a second workout this afternoon.  This Jillian Michaels workout, to be exact.  Five full minutes each of bicep curls and tricep presses?  I think I’m dead now.  And hoping I don’t need to use my arms for anything tomorrow.  ’Cos I may not be able to.
